Pork belly recipe.

 

5lb sliced pork belly

2 oz steak spice

2 oz paprika

2 oz garlic powder

.25 oz black pepper

.25 oz Cayan pepper

3 OZ ginger grated

2 stalk Lemmon grass chopped

2 cups soy sauce

 

Combine all ingredients and coat pork well.

 

Let marinade 12 hours.

 

Lay marinated pork belly strips out on a sheet pan and bake in a 400" pre heated oven until tender and cooked through.

 

 

 

1. Gently toast a buttered sandwich bun of your choice and garnish with thick sliced  English cucumber and a sweet cream dressing.

2. Toss the cooked and hot pork belly in Korean BBQ sauce and top the cucumbers.

3. Close the sandwich and enjoy!!
